  • CATEGORY – 1: ICDCIT Conference Paper Registration for:
    • Indian Author: 7000 5000 INR (For each extra page 500 INR, maximum of 2 extra pages, only in the case of full papers.)
    • International Author: 350 USD (For each extra page 25 USD, maximum of 2 extra pages, only in the case of full papers.)

(Please note: Author having multiple papers is required to register for each paper)

  • CATEGORY – 2: Student Research Symposium Paper Registration:
    • Indian Author: 1000 INR
    • International Author: 200 USD

(Please note: Author having multiple papers is required to register for each paper)

  • CATEGORY – 3: Non- Author Participant / Co-author for ICDCIT Conference
    (Excluding Springer LNCS Proceedings)
    • Co-author: Free
    • Non Author: 300 INR
    • International Participant / Co-author: Free

Important Note:

  • Each accepted paper needs to be registered by at least one of its author for publication in LNCS proceeding, Springer.
  • All registration fees specified are excluding bank charges.
  • If any author has multiple papers accepted then he/she has to register for each paper.
  • Authors permanently residing (working) in India can only make payment in Indian Rupees.
  • All other authors including Indians currently residing or working in other countries should make payment in USD.
  • The registered authors will receive a copy of the proceedings.
  • Others can get a copy of the proceedings on demand by making payment of requisite amount on the spot.
  • This fee is transferable to another author in case there is a change in the presenting author.
  • Registration fees do not include conference kit, accommodation and travel expenses.
