Registration Fees for ICDCIT 2015

CATEGORY-1: ICDCIT Conference Paper Registration for:
"All papers of different varieties for LNCS proceedings will have equal registration fee."

• Indian Author: 5000 INR (For each extra page Rs. 500, maximum of 2 extra pages.)
• International Author: 350 USD (For each extra page 25 USD, maximum of 2 extra pages.)

(Please note: Author having multiple papers is required to register for each paper)

 CATEGORY-2 (A): Student Research Symposium Paper Registration for:

• Indian Author: 2000 INR
• International Author: 200 USD
• Indian Co-Author: 1000 INR (Excluding Kit)
• International Co-Author: 100 USD(Excluding Kit)

(Please note: Author having multiple papers is required to register for each paper)

CATEGORY-2 (B): Student Research Symposium Participant Registration for:

• Indian Student (Non Author): 500 INR

CATEGORY-3: Industry Symposium Registration for:

• Indian Participant (Industry): 500 INR (for attending one day)
• International Participant: 200 USD (for attending one day)

(Extra charges for Springer Book “Big Data: A Primer”)

CATEGORY- 4: Non- Author Participant / Co-author for ICDCIT Conference
(Excluding Springer LNCS Proceedings)

• Indian Participant / Co-author: 2500 INR
• International Participant/ Co-author: 150 USD

(Co-author registration is allowed for a paper registered)

Important Note:

• Each accepted paper needs to be registered by at least one of its author for publication in LNCS proceeding, Springer.
• All registration fees specified are excluding bank charges.
• If any author has multiple papers accepted then he/she has to register for each paper.
• Authors permanently residing (working) in India can only make payment in Indian Rupees.
• All other authors including Indians currently residing or working in other countries should make payment in USD.
• The ICDCIT paper registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions (including tutorials), conference registration kit, entry to all workshops, Lunch and The banquet dinner.
• The registered authors will receive a copy of the proceedings.
• Others can get a copy of the proceedings on demand by making payment on the spot.
• The accompanying author(s) (of ICDCIT/ Student Research Symposium) has to register by paying co-author registration fee earmarked for his/her category.
• This fee is transferable to another author in case there is a change in the presenting author.
• Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel expenses.
